Group meets every OTHER week.  During the off weeks, participants will receive an additional, hypnotic reinforcement audio for aiding weight loss and release of unwanted emotional blocks.

This 12-week group offers much more than just the opportunity to lose weight.  This group session will focus on several aspects of attaining your idea image and will give you the opportunity to discover what has been holding you back from achieving success.  You will find the answers to questions such as, “Why can’t I ___?” or “Why do I ___?” when it comes to your own personal history with weight management, food and eating behaviors.

If you:  have tried diets or weight loss programs in the past only to have limited or temporary success;  feel like successful weight management is a losing battle;  are frustrated because you always seem to sabotage your own efforts; want to have better and healthier eating habits;  want to change your relationship with food;  or want to feel better with (or without)  clothes on,

Then come join our group and make some fabulous changes NOW!

During the 12 weeks, each person will:

  1.  Discover and work with their own specific negative emotions and self limiting beliefs that are getting in the way of losing weight and or maintaining an ideal weight (with intention to release these).
  2. Identify and work with at least one habit that is counter-productive or sabotaging efforts to make body image changes
  3. Learn how to change the way you dialogue with self in order to start supporting rather than sabotaging individual efforts.
  4.  Learn new, healthy habits at both inner and outer levels of consciousness
  5. Get a new plan for successfully changing thoughts, beliefs, and behaviors around body image and food.
  6. Have access to a weekly hypnotic suggestion audio targeted to change behaviors for letting go of excess weight.

During this course, we will be working on identifying, releasing and changing your underlying blocks to success.  This group allows for personal discovery that may unlock and free you from unwanted, unhelpful patterns that until now have eluded you!  Once you know what is blocking you, then YOU are TOTALLY IN CONTROL and hold the power for change!  *** Your personal blocks will be discovered in private and will not be shared with the group unless you choose to share.
