When I started this process I wanted help getting rid of intrusive and persistent thoughts that created anxiety for me. After completing my program I have the tools and the ability to control anxious thoughts and get back into balance quickly. I would say if you're thinking of trying this but unsure if it works, you SHOULD try it - you have nothing to lose! When I started I rated my level of anxious feelings at an 8 or 9 most of the time. After only 3 sessions I have been feeling great and in control for weeks, and my level is now a 2 or 3 most of the time, and I can control my intrusive thoughts on my own. My family has noticed and commented on changes in me, and asked, "What happened to you? Your mood is so different now!" It feels so great now to know and feel that I can manage and change how I'm thinking and feeling!
I had persistent ringing in my ears. I had read about the use of hypnotherapy to possibly address this and called for an appointment. My experience with Kim was that she was very professional and kind. She was completely focused on getting to the bottom of the issue. I would absolutely recommend Entrancing Inspirations and encourage anyone to try this work. Kim made it so comfortable, easy to be myself and easy for me to open up about my issue and find a solution. Not only did I find a solution to the ringing - now I understand it. I am able to deal with it and control it and move forward in my life!
Kim helped me focus on specific techniques through visualization to help me manage my anxiety. I also find her personalized audio recordings very helpful to listen to daily.
I am so grateful for what Kim has helped me with! I initially came to her for my anxiety and depression, which were especially amplified because of the COVID-19 pandemic. I was having very intense feelings of uneasiness, dread, and melancholy. After just a few BWRT sessions with her, I went from feeling these emotions at a level 9 to a level 2! Instead of my depressed and anxious feelings that I usually had, I felt peaceful, joyful, and in control.
Kim made it easy to schedule sessions with her via Zoom (because of the pandemic), and talked me through the sessions in a manageable and easy-to-approach way. Not being in person with her did not hinder the process at all. Not only did she go through the BWRT process with me, but also gave me a multitude of other emotional health tips that have helped me immensely in my day-to-day life.
If you've had/have similar feelings to mine, I highly suggest contacting Kim. Even though I didn’t have much hope that I would feel better anytime soon because of all that’s happening in the world, she made it possible for me to regain happiness in my life. Thank you, Kim!
Kim has really changed the way I think about myself and my life. She has helped me figure out events in my past that were keeping me from moving forward in life. She has also given me the tools to work though them. Kim is one of the most caring and supportive people I have ever known. You can tell that this not just a job for her. She truly cares about you and helping you reach your goals whatever they are.
